Emminger, Newton, Pigeon & Magyar Inc. was founded in 1986 and is originally known as Buffalo Appraisal Associates. The firm began as a commercial and industrial appraisal company focusing on its work for governmental and lending institutions. Over the years, new partners, including Joseph H. Emminger, Timothy J. Magyar, John Zukowski, and Michael Pijanowski, helping ENPM become the respected, full-service real estate appraisal and consulting firm it is today.
ENPM specializes in all phases of real estate valuation and evaluation, servicing all areas of New York State and the surrounding states from its headquarters in Buffalo, New York. It is ENPM's mission to provide its clients - no matter how large or small, whether commercial, industrial or residential - with the highest quality real estate appraisal and consulting services, in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Our appraisal staff, which includes three (3) Members of the Appraisal Institute (MAI designated appraisers) consists of state licensed or certified appraisers and reflects the company's continuing emphasis on leadership and education.
