Joseph H. Emminger

Joseph Emminger has been active in the practice of real estate appraisal since 1982 and is currently President of Emminger, Newton, Pigeon & Magyar Inc. He received his Bachelor's degree from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York, majoring in Business Finance. A New York State Certified General Appraiser, Joe has successfully completed numerous real estate appraisal courses over the past 20 years.

Timothy J. Magyar, SR/WA, R/W-AC
Vice President

Timothy Magyar has been active in the practice of real estate appraisal since 1994 and is currently Vice President of Emminger, Newton, Pigeon & Magyar Inc. He is a active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and is Yellow Book Certified to appraise properties for Federal Land Acquisitions.

John Zukowski, MAI, SRA, IAO
Vice President

John Zukowski is Vice President at ENPM, Inc. and has earned four (4) well recognized designations in the field of real estate valuation; MAI, SRA,  & IAO. Prior to joining ENPM, he was the Sole Principal of Arrow Appraisal Services, Inc. for over 20-years. John is a leader in the field of real estate appraisal education throughout New York State having taught for the Appraisal Institute, NYS Assessors Association and the International Institute of Assessing Officers. He has extensive experience in appraising power plants and is qualified as an expert witness in NYS Supreme Court, NYS Surrogate Court and the U.S. Federal Court.

Michael Pijanowski
Vice President

Michael Pijanowski has been active in the practice of real estate appraisal since 1989 and was named Principal/Vice President of Emminger, Newton, Pigeon and Magyar, Inc in 2018. He previously was a review appraiser for HSBC Bank where he managed the risk associated with commercial real estate appraisal, environmental and construction due diligence. He received his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Studies degree from Empire state College and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in New York State.
